Delivery

We normally ships item same working day if order received to us by 2 PM and item should arrives to customer by two to three working days.

Returns

we would like you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with an item you may contact us with your problem(within 14 days). Please note shipping & re-stocking fee will be charged. Refunds will only be applied in the same method in which you paid.

 

Unwanted Goods 

If the item has been used, then the item will NOT be accepted. 

If your item has been returned because it has been incorrectly ordered and is still in BRAND NEW condition then a re-stocking fee of 20% of the cost of your product and the full postage charge will be deducted before refund is given.

 

Faulty Items

If you receive an item which in your opinion is faulty, then please contact us within 28 days of purchase. Clearly state what problems you are having and what you have tried to do to solve the issue. And we will find most suitable solution for you.
